Abstract

The present article reveals the need to attend the permanent formation of the directors of the Primary Education establishments, in terms of their conception and design on the orientation towards the close link between the social and the pedagogical from the direction of the institutional educational process. The diagnosis is based on the results of the Consultation for Educational Quality held in Venezuela at the national scope. In addition, the results are confirmed through the use of theoretical and empirical methods and methods and techniques of descriptive and inferential statistics, which allows the design of the model to resolve the contradiction in the permanent training of the directors. The modeling of the formation materializes in the relations of coordination and subordination within each component of the pedagogical model: theoretical-conceptual, projective-formative and experiential-reflexive-transforming, which in turn behaves as a systemic whole, to reveal as a quality the redimensioning of the socio-pedagogical culture of the principals of the primary schools in the context of the Barinas State (Venezuela).
