The following article will design an administrative management model for the system of connection with the community where the Higher Technological Institute Juan Bautista Aguirre of the Daule canton, Zone 5- Guayas, is located, which includes an integral control panel as a project proposal to systematize and integrate the processes of the connection department with the community and to obtain a real overview of the processes.
