The purpose of this paper is to describe the training of Natural Sciences teachers by means of a pedagogical workshop held to prepare teachers of secondary basic education in Colombia. It allows them to implement PBL in their classes with a logical structure, starting from the example of a project applied to ninth grade where the contents of the subjects of Chemistry, Physics and Biology are integrated. They are also made aware of the tool "UVE" Heuristic of Gowin adapted to the research method to carry out the activities of the proposed project. In the workshop, the teachers assess, with a Likert scale the topics discussed and participate in the construction of a project with the logical structure proposed in the research to carry out project-based learning.
