PIN GUERRERO, Rosa María; COQUE ARIAS, Jorge Fortunato and PALACIOS PORTES, Carlos. Planning the collective commerce in the Communa Aguadita, Parroquia Colonche, Ecuador. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2019, vol.11, n.5, pp.99-107. Epub Dec 02, 2019. ISSN 2218-3620.
The new model of the State is to strengthen the central government and to centralized autonomous governments by establishing competencies and functions under the principles of solidarity, progressivity, subsidiarity, complementarity, integration, pluralism, participation, transparency and social control. The objective is to reduce gaps in inequality and allow the planning of the territory and its regional dynamism under a relevant administrative structure with a view to good living. The study proposes to present the form of how the community of La Aguadita can develop co-operative production from its own organizational capacities to configure production spaces linked to the rural landscape whose physical attributes preserve their historical identity and biodiversity. The multidisciplinary methodological approach explains conceptual aspects that affect the perception of public space linked to sustainable rural development, whose results give the opportunity to organize multiple proposals for rural landscape conservation and cultural identity.
