Abstract
DERONCELE ACOSTA, Angel; MEDINA ZUTA, Patricia and GROSS TUR, Ramiro. Management of formation potentialities in the individual: epistemic reflection and methodological guidelines. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.1, pp. 97-104. Epub Feb 02, 2020. ISSN 2218-3620.
The management of formation potentials in the person implies a positive approach to the educational intervention that transcends the traditional analysis of formative needs detection (deficit-based analysis) and emphasizes the positive core of the subject relationship - formation activity- formative context, where the senses and meanings of the person are expressed as the protagonist of their learning and development. Thus, the leading role of the subject in the individual-group-society interactivity is specified in the formation process from the relationship between the intra and inter subjective, through the deployment of effective subjective resources potentially expressed in their action-reflection, to achieve coherence among the feelings, thinking and acting. The research intention of this study is expressed in the intention of a turn in the diagnosis of formation needs (change model based on the deficit), moving towards a management approach of formative potentials (positive change model).
