In the university context, different problems are manifested that are associated with the initial training of the professionals, which in a certain way have to do with the transformations emanating from the social sphere, which is related to the organizational and dynamic structure generated by the training process. In this context, it becomes necessary to train the professional of education with quality, for which, it is necessary to approach in a peculiar way the orientation process in the professional area, in correspondence with the characteristics required by the teacher in the development of his / her practical activity. That is why this article addresses the considerations regarding the perspective of the professional reaffirmation towards the pedagogical profession, from the university, taking into account that it has an impact on the success during the study of the profession, and implies satisfaction or enjoyment of the activities of the selected career and stability in relation to professional choice and its link with practice.
