Abstract
RODRIGUEZ ORTEGA DE PENA, Nélida. The emotional salary and its relationship with the effectiveness levels. Universidad y Sociedad [online]. 2020, vol.12, n.1, pp.141-149. Epub Feb 02, 2020. ISSN 2218-3620.
The objective of this work is to determine the relationship of the Emotional Salary and the levels of effectiveness, considering as a study the Twenty-Sixth District Municipality of October in Piura, Peru (year 2018), supported by the qualitative method, techniques such as the experimental design of the correlational descriptive type of cross-section, applying the finite formula, data collection techniques and surveys, concluding that the correlation between emotional salary and effectiveness is significant, although it is too low to accept the hypothesis that emotional salary contributes refreshingly in effectiveness. It is proven that the salary does contribute significantly to greater efficiency work. It is necessary to implement the proposed strategies of the Emotional Salary tool for increasing effectiveness, minimizing dissatisfaction and poor performance in their functions. Considering the importance of the worker's well-being versus work performance, this research is required.
