Abstract

The research starts with the objective of determining the effectiveness of the application of a labor intervention program in the control of dysergonomic risk in the administrative staff of the National University of Cañete. The research falls within the type of applied research, explanatory level, pre-experimental design. The sample consisted of 60 administrative workers from the National University of Cañete. We worked with an inventory of the knowledge of dysergonomic risk, which was duly credited (Aron de Cronbach = 0.965) and validated by the construct criterion (Factor Analysis 0.985). The main result considers that the predominant level of dysergonomic risk of the administrative staff of the university in the pre-test was 53.33% medium level, and in the post test it was 76.67% was at a very high level, which concludes that the application of the labor intervention program has produced significant effects in the control of dysergonomic risk in the administrative workers of the National University of Cañete in the period of the year 2019.
