Elevar la calidad del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje es una exigencia actual de la sociedad a la Educación. Se promueve la utilización de las tecnologías para lograr un aprendizaje efectivo y de calidad, a la vez que, la formación apoyada en las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones, con la mediación del docente, puede promover en el estudiante un papel más activo en el desarrollo de su conocimiento y personalidad. El objetivo de esta investigación es proponer un sitio web educativo portable como material de apoyo para el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la asignatura Literatura regional para la carrera Licenciado en Educación Español- Literatura de la Universidad Central “Marta Abreu” de Las Villas. Se aplican técnicas como encuestas, entrevistas y la valoración por criterio de especialistas, lo cual conlleva a crear y proponer el sitio web educativo portable Literatura Regional villaclareña.

Raising the quality of the teaching-learning process is a current requirement of society to Education. The use of technologies to achieve effective and quality learning is promoted, while the training supported by Information and Communications Technologies, with the mediation of the teacher that can promote a more active role in the student in the development of their knowledge and personality. The objective of this research is to propose a portable educational website as support material for the teaching-learning process of the subject Regional Literature for the Degree in Spanish-Literature Education of the Central University "Marta Abreu" of Las Villas. Techniques such as surveys, interviews and assessment by specialists’ criteria are applied, which leads to creating and proposing the portable educational website Villa Clara Regional Literature.
