Abstract

This research article was conducted in popular sectors of Quevedo canton, considered middle and lower class. Its main objective was to establish socioeconomic aspects of the inhabitants of the mentioned place and to establish a popular housing plan. The results of the investigation determined that the families of the popular sectors, would like to enter a program of plan of housing that allows them to improve their quality of life, in addition the answers provided by the interviewees, referent of which economic activity would come from the salary of their work in the company, of the own income, that they have among all children, husbands and wives, and of the work that they have like masonry, work in the field. With the exposed thing, a plan of housing for the popular sectors was proposed, the same one that has as purpose to offer economic housings with the purpose of improving the conditions of life of the inhabitants of that sector.
