Today, technological advances have caused companies to adapt to new changes and seek other means of communication to carry out commercial operations and exchange information, as well as to achieve greater market share taking into account the field of corporate social responsibility. Our objective was to certify how e-commerce is reliable in commercial transactions and how it influences the increase in sales, as well as the degree of participation of companies, which implies being competent in the middle of globalization where products and services can be obtained from different prices and alternatives. Electronic commerce in Latin America contributes almost 3% of total world sales, Ecuador moved USD 1,286 million in 2018 compared to previous years and in the province of El Oro it is determined that to undertake it is essential to crystallize the ventures through electronic commerce.
