Abstract

The proposal tries to enhance the productive activity of Zone 7, considering that agriculture and livestock have been the main economic activity, however, it is intended to diversify local production, in order to achieve competitiveness in the local market, expansion towards derivatives of the main production of each province with an intervention approach that encourages the production and transformation of raw materials, without a doubt, continue with the same form of development based on the production of export raw materials is not the idea, and more well to emphasize the transformation of the productive matrix. In this way, it seeks to take advantage of natural resources in a sustainable way, which encourages employment, the lifestyle of society as a whole and the economy of the inhabitants themselves. The study evaluates physical, productive, legal characteristics in relation to administrative aspects of planning, and its objectives which consider the environment, not only natural aspects, but also technological, social, economic, assuming a transdisciplinary approach in its treatment inspired by each discipline, to enable a balanced perspective and plan strategies that promote knowledge, the ability to learn about the community itself, an economic order that add value to the progress of peoples, solve a human need in an efficient, safe and profitable way, assigning the economic and food resources.
