Abstract

In front of a dynamic and competitive environment, today’s Industrial development its headed more than never to a sustainable development demanding this way from the productive point of view the use of cleaner technologies or alternatives that improve the quality of the processes. The use of procedures for handling residual liquids is avariation that allows to achieve satisfactory out puts in the residual treatment system, so improving the efficiency of the system, mitigating the effect of pollutants on the ecosystems and the quality of people’s life. The generation of residuals from the Glucose factory known as Gydema, that is located in the South Center of the country in the industrial zone 1, in Cienfuegos, it provokes environmental impacts because of the productive process by means of the throwing of residual liquids to the bay ecosystem; because of the importance that revert their processes and for the geographical position in the country. A procedure for handling the residual liquids from Gydema is described, that permits a better handling of their waters into the system.
