Abstract

MAR CORNELIO, Omar; ZULUETA VELIZ, Yeleny; DEL ROSARIO CRUZ FELIPE, Marely  and  LEYVA VAZQUEZ, Maikel. Decisional inference engine in computer system performance assessment . Rev cuba cienc informat [online]. 2015, vol.9, n.4, pp. 16-29. ISSN 2227-1899.

Managing the Performance Evaluation Process plays a leading role in ensuring efficient work entities. At the Management in the process of performance evaluation plays an important role to guarantee the efficiency in labor organizations. In the University of the Informatics Sciences, this process is carried out by using models with indicators to state the workers’ competences. However, it is impossible to make any report about their behaviors, and there is no technique for decision taking when evaluating the workers. In this investigation, a solution to the problem stated out of the implementation of an inference engine based on operators of adding information to help decision taking about the evaluation of the behavior coded with an informatics system is described. The system gives a set of reports to help information management to the managers, with agility and precision to reduce the human and material resources. A study case is developed to determine the set of coincidence about the decision taking
