Abstract
MARTINEZ OCHOA, Carlos E.; BENITEZ GONZALEZ, Ivón Oristela and CEPERO DIAZ, Ariel Omar. Active disturbance rejection controller for processes with time delay. Rev cuba cienc informat [online]. 2019, vol.13, n.4, pp. 66-80. ISSN 2227-1899.
In this document, the Active Disturbance Rejection Controller (ADRC) is shown applied to the systems with time delay. To estimate the output of the process without time delay it is used the Smith's predictor, the output predictor’s is the input to Extended State Observer (ESO) it output estimates the system outputs and the disturbance, which are taken as input to the controller, to control the process and to reject the disturbance. To illustrate the behaviour to ADRC some examples are given: one of them applied to a distillation column and another to a process with great time delay, these parameter’s behaviour are presented for variations of the process and the simulations supported with the program Matlab/Simulink.
