ABSTRACT: The article analyzes the formation of Marxist thought of Ernesto Che Guevara. Promotion is addressed in its Marxist self-education to the extent known, interprets and proposes to change the reality of his native country and then in Latin America in the early stage of their youth. This paper aims to highlight the intellectual vision of Che. From their analysis on the formation of a philosophical dictionary, to the more elaborate proposals in his capacity as leader of the Cuban Revolution, Che takes a critical stance of theory and prepares a proposal for building a socialist society and a new man, from the conditions of a Latin American and underdeveloped country. Here are valued at Che as a critical thinker and is considered his theoretical work as part of the authors of the critical variant of Latin American Marxism.
