The article brings us to the notion of how political culture is an essential condition for building alternatives to bourgeois liberal societies concerning political system. It also shows how Latin America has been a rebellious stage in response to the forms of imperialist intervention in the region. Expresses the centrality of political culture as crucial in achieving real progress emancipatory oriented towards the Latin American context aspect. At the conclusion you can appreciate the variability and relaxation in the view of the phenomenon of political culture; moreover, it is stated that inclusiveness and the need for a process of appropriation of the social universe by social sectors historically devoid of real share of power is a key factor to achieve social emancipation.
