Abstract

HERNANDEZ RODRIGUEZ, Milena. Che Guevara in Cuban Children.: Among the Mythical Hero and Achievable Ideal. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2016, vol.4, n.2, pp.76-90. ISSN 2308-0132.

This article is the synthesis of a broader investigation that deals with the study of cultural development and community work in childhood through the life and work of Ernesto Che Guevara. The main results and issues of interest are inserted in the field of training needs and performance of the applied social sciences, primarily in the context of production and the social educational work deployed in areas or communities excluded in Latin America and the Caribbean. The importance and topicality lies precisely in the demand for formulating educational, political and cultural actions directed to the social, especially in those scenarios that are disadvantaged in terms of access to goods, services and wealth produced.

Keywords : childhood; social inclusion; cultural development; Che Guevara.
