The article discusses the tourism link management process of local development in the municipality Mines Matahambre of the Province Pinar del Rio. His execution was based on improving the quality of life of the inhabitants of the communities, according to energize process of social development of localities, incorporating tourism to the local production system. This research is done from a project Revitalization and Conservation of historical, cultural and geographical and natural heritage of the mining town. The results showed a detailed inventory of the tourist potential of the municipality and the project design Municipal Local Development Initiative tourist exit.
