Abstract

CONCEPCION TIMOR, Grisell. Perception of Some Foreign Students about Cubans: Experience from the Faculty of Spanish for non-Spanish Speakers at the University of Havana. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2017, vol.5, n.2, pp. 187-194. ISSN 2308-0132.

The article reflects on the unfavorable image that some students of the Short Term Spanish Courses (CCD) in the Faculty of Spanish for Non-Spanish Speakers of the University of Havana (FENHI) are building on Cubans. The causes of this phenomenon are identified and the need for a multidisciplinary approach to obtain totally satisfactory results from diverse fields of the social sciences such as social communication, pedagogy, sociocultural anthropology and others that contribute to the solution of the problem.
