Abstract

QUESADA MORALES, Daimí; CRUZ RUIZ, Alegna  and  MARTINEZ RODRIGUEZ, Marta. Validation and Analysis of the Reliability of the Questionnaire "Dimensions of Organizations that Learn" for the Cuban Environment. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2018, vol.6, n.1, pp. 200-218. ISSN 2308-0132.

This article identifies some of the indicators that characterize companies that strive to become organizations that learn. It shows the results obtained after evaluating aspects such as adaptation, validity and reliability of the questionnaire Dimensions in Organizations that Learn (CDOA) for the Cuban business context. In this work the questionnaire of Watkins and Marsick (1997) was adapted and translated.
