The article relates to the categories family, school and building citizen, as an essential element for the formation and development of the personality of children from the earliest ages. Is achieve the internalization of a culture that is able to confront the great challenges that accompany the current globalization process, starting from the above-mentioned elements, as he is known, more than economic globalization (or including it) it's a globalization of cultural nature.
