Abstract

This paper presents experiences and results of the training process in the year period 2012-2017 in the Municipal University Center of Jagüey Grande and the actions aimed at enhancing group and individual methodological work, to strengthen educational teaching work and the formation of values ​​in close relation with the locality.Theoretical methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic in the study of scientific literature about the topic, were used to facilitate the understanding and appraisal of the issues approached. The empirical method of document analysis and survey made possible to obtain in the results on the subject of research.
