Abstract

AUQUILLA BELEMA, Luis Armijo et al. The Gastronomic Ventures in the Rural Parishes of Ecuador, through the Popular and Solidary Economy. Case Study. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2019, vol.7, n.3  Epub Oct 21, 2019. ISSN 2308-0132.

The work is based on the results of an investigation carried out in the rural parish San José, canton Santa Clara, Pastaza province. Inquire about whether gastronomic ventures are carried out through the popular and solidarity economy. The results of the work show that gastronomic ventures are not being executed, the development of traditional ventures such as agriculture and livestock are continuing; Therefore, it is recommended to encourage local entrepreneurs to develop new and innovative ventures such as gastronomic, and take advantage of the tourist activity that is generated in the case study.
