Abstract

AGUIAR PEREZ, Brumell Omar  and  VELAZQUEZ AVILA, René Manuel. Current and Perspective of Virtualization in the Assessment of Learning in the Medicine Career. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2022, vol.10, n.1  Epub Apr 01, 2022. ISSN 2308-0132.

The massive use of technology has transformed the way people interact, think and act. Its use has become a necessity in all settings. Educational Institutions have demonstrated the use value of teaching resources and materials associated with technologies in general in the development of the teaching-learning process. This article refers to a theoretical approach to the use of information and communication technologies in educational processes, as well as current perspectives, which propose a conception from virtual learning environments for the evaluation process. The theoretical assumptions used support the study of the category “assessment of learning” as the basis for its development from virtual environments as an alternative space for its execution. Its validity lies in the functionality and practical rigor that it can have, based on the accumulated experience and the favorable assessment that is presented in this work, derived from the observable results in several proposals that have been previously reviewed and systematized.

Keywords : technology; virtual environments; platforms; evaluation; training.
