Abstract

All the members of the organizations play an important role in them, in the managers lies the responsibility of taking them forward, for this they must carry out their activities based on managerial skills. Interpersonal skills can be applied in any type of organization, regardless of its size or nature. This research made it possible to analyze 30 companies in the Quevedo canton that carry out production, marketing and service activities, with the aim of determining whether the application of interpersonal skills enables efficiency in Ecuadorian companies. The results determined that the practice of interpersonal skills favors the efficiency and effectiveness of companies, allowing those who are in the capacity of managers to interact effectively with their collaborators, in such a way that they commit to achieve the organizational objectives.
