In times of change and innovative demands, universities are facing great challenges to achieve the quality of learning, a task that involves the participation and commitment of the university community. The proposed objective was to reflect on the pedagogical practices of university teachers with an emphasis on work practices. Teachers, in a collegiate and teamwork manner, have a great responsibility in proposing and innovating their pedagogical work, from the planning and organization of the subjects they are in charge of, in order to stimulate and achieve the personal and professional skills of the students Therefore, a reflection on its understanding and implementation is necessary.
