The international insertion of the medical technology that the COMBIOMED Digital Medical Technology company designs, develops, produces and markets is necessary to comply with the economic and social development strategy of our country until 2030. To make its social mandate sustainable, to achieve liquid income in freely convertible currency and improving the living conditions of the qualified workforce that the company has are priorities in the current economic context. This article deals with the diagnosis of the company in relation to its role in the national market, its low representation in international markets, the characteristics of the Latin American context and the opportunity to have a complex and innovative medical product. proposes the bases and an action plan for the development of the export strategy for the “COMBIOVENT” fan to four countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, using a technology transfer model.
