Abstract

With the dynamism imposed by the Internet on media production, the news agencies were not left behind, they adapted to the new technological situation with the creation of their own portals and the continuation of the function of suppliers of the rest of the media-clients, of this new support. Its incorporation into the network with the portals where they present part of their production, or to the portals of the clients; the use of e-mail to move your information packets, or communicate with their sources; the use of social networks as sources or as potential clients, the sending of cell phones, have been resources used by informative companies that since its inception, established a marriage pact with the technologies of the time. However, in journalistic production they do not seem to have the same response capacity. This article aims to analyze the Structural-organizational, cultural, cognitive and external mediations, among others, that intervene in productive process of specialized journalism at Prensa Latina agency and limit this informative entity in its messages.
