Abstract

The study aims to design a communication Agenda to face climate change in eastern Cuban. For this, the hermeneutical paradigm and the qualitative research methodology were used. Its results allowed to conceptualize and create a communication Agenda model that contributes to territorial development with information destined for various audiences. The socio-cultural and technological innovation of the Agenda as a communication product in printed, digital and software formats facilitates the transfer of knowledge and information on the effects of climate change and communication solutions to mitigate risks and disasters in crisis situations, promoting a new adaptation cultural sustainability and development in the region.
