Digital Government is essential for the transformation of management in public administrations, and is associated with a set of indicators and strategic elements that are essential to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of public management. The article delves into the informational indicators and elements that can affect the Digital Government, with the aim of making a proposal of these elements for the development of the Digital Government in Cuba. For this purpose, theoretical aspects associated with the informational dimension of Digital Government and its system of indicators are examined. The approach to the subject contemplates the international and national standards, norms, regulations and references and the possible indicators and informational elements associated with the development of Digital Government in Cuba. Classic Documentary Analysis is used as the main research method, to carry out the analysis, characterization, description and identification of the theoretical elements and specific indicators. Among the main results, a diagnosis of international development standards and agendas and the Cuban legal system of Digital Government are required. A proposal of indicators and informational elements for the Digital Government is established.
