VARGAS GUTIERREZ, Silvianne; RAMOS VALDES, Johamel Ramón  and  MARTIN POZO, Yordan. Cutaneous plasmacytosis, a rare form of cutaneous pseudolymphoma. Case report. Acta méd centro [online]. 2022, vol.16, n.1, pp. 158-164.  Epub Mar 31, 2022. ISSN 2709-7927.

Patient information:

The patient also presented target lesions simulating erythema multiforme. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical findings were compatible with a cutaneous pseudolymphoma, variant plasmacytosis cutis.

Conclusions:

this is an infrequent disease, of which no cases were reported in Cuba.

Keywords : cutaneous and systemic plasmacytosis; pseudolymphoma; hyperganmaglobulinemia.
