The Scientific
Journal “Retos de la Dirección”, created in 2007 by Dr. C. Ramón González
Fontes, is a product of the Center for Business and Territorial Management
Studies (CEDET), attached to the Faculty of Economic and Business Sciences of
the “Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz” University of Camagüey, Cuba. It is certified
by the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment (CITMA) and registered
in the National Registry of Serial Publications of the Ministry of Culture of
the Republic of Cuba under No. 2358, Folio 186, Volume III. It is an Open
Access refereed journal directed by Dr. C. Ariel Gustavo Zamora Ferriol in
collaboration with a large group of professionals of excellence, who join
efforts in fulfilling its mission. Retos de la
Dirección is a publication aimed at scientists, academics, professionals and
national and foreign institutions linked to the theory and practice of
business and public administration. Its general objective is to promote the
theory and practice of business and public administration, as well as the
dissemination of those results related to Science, Technology and Innovation
activities that contribute to the improvement of management in its broadest
sense. It publishes contributions that respond to the following thematic
profile: ·
Management of business
and public organizations, both for-profit and not-for-profit. ·
Technology,
artificial intelligence and data science to support decision making. ·
Management of
innovation, change and organizational transformation processes for the
fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). ·
Multidisciplinarity
for the management of social, governmental and business processes. Publication ethics Authors will retain
their copyright of their work, which will be subject to a Creative Commons
Attribution License allowing third parties to share the work as long as the
author's name and data about initial publication in this Journal are stated. |
