Abstract

GABRIELA OJEDA, Mónica. Don Quixote: La razón blindada. UH [online]. 2015, n.280, pp. 89-93. ISSN 0253-9276.

La razón blindada, by the play writer Arístides Vargas, builds, from a contemporary re-reading of Don Quixote, and the micro story "The truth of Sancho Panza", by Franz Kafka, a space where it is possible to redefine the function of the creative language, through the unarticulated ex- pression of a madman. The recreation as from the imagination, the act of renaming and subverting the common lexica, are fundamental in this stage play, whose space is the void with a scenographic minimalism, where the word takes priority.

Keywords : Don Quixote; Sancho Panza; Miguel de Cervantes; Franz Kafka; Arístides Vargas; Latin American dictatorship.
