Oral diseases become a health problem due to its high prevalence, public demand and strong impact on people and society, therefore, a descriptive and cross-sectional study was carried out in older adults from the health area at "Chiqui Gómez" Polyclinic in Santa Clara municipality, Villa Clara province, from January 2019 to April 2020. The objective of this proposal is to identify the information needs on oral health in this population in order to design, apply and evaluate a set of educational actions, according to the information needs identified in the older adults from the sample, since educational training related to oral health constitutes positive instruments for the prevention of diseases.
