In this paper, we demonstrate the impact of university management processes to meet the social responsibility towards the conservation of built heritage in undergraduate studies in the architecture program at the Universidad de Oriente. These processes have an interdisciplinary nature and are achieved through the interplay of facets of undergraduate, post-graduate, academic, and science and innovation curricula that are integrated into the scientific training of students. The results show scientific, economic and social impact and are expressed through teaching, publications, awards, participation in events, international collaboration, doctoral and master theses defended the actions of student scientific groups, as well as the realization of an International meeting. The activity was coordinated with the Oficina del Conservador of the City of Santiago de Cuba, Government and heritage agencies, the Provincial Directorate of Physical Planning, among other entities.
