Abstract

This article investigates about the necessity of analyzing and explaining the Organizational Learning Dynamic Capability in the High-Tech firms in the sector of biotechnology, using the theory of dynamic capabilities as the basis for the success of the organization. The study case methodology is applied to the Molecular Immunology Center (MIC) to develop a conceptual model and to explain the construction and development of the Organizational Learning Dynamic Capability, establishing the dimensions and prime factors for its explanation. Finally, main conclusions related with organizational learning dynamic capability and the positive impact in the performance enterprise are exposed.
