Abstract

The present state of the art, has like objective, identify the investigative tendencies related to the Reading comprehension and the Technologies of the Information and Communication (ICT) in educational scenes. We analyzed 20 research projects, between 2009 to 2017 in Spain, Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Mexico. The most important was researcher mixed focus and quasi-experimental design. The topics researched was: lows level of reading comprehension, incidence factors in the lowest of reading comprehension, ICT in educational environments. It’s very important to study perceptions and believe of teachers in front of ICT, pedagogical strategies for CL and ICT as didactic strategies. The big part of researchers dont have tehoric sustent, and prefer to adapt tools measures made for institutions with prestige.
