Abstract

The studies related to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ecuador are the subject of a recurrent study by the institutions dedicated to their monitoring and control, due to the source of income and employment that they provide. The aim of this research is to design a community-based management model for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The study used the correlation descriptive observational, where the theoretical methods were the synthetic analytical and the modeling, from the empyrean a documentary analysis was performed. The fundamental result is the adapted model in the tourism companies of the province of "El Oro" - Ecuador. The proposed model is distributed from the tourist sites, the displacement and the competitive commitment of the various procedures, within a society that aims to convert and support its productive matrix. It can be concluded that a management model with a community approach has been designed for tourist SMEs, it establishes the schedules for the management of different methods and tourist techniques under community elements.
