Abstract

LOPEZ VALDIVIA, Dacheri Ernesto  and  TOLEDO GARCIA, José A.. Public policies and international migration. Crossed gazes. Estudios del Desarrollo Social [online]. 2018, vol.6, n.3 ISSN 2308-0132.

The relevance of these proposals is based on the permanent improvement process of the Cuban migration policy and its regulations, directed by the State since January 2013. As for the legal management of migration due to labor issues, the International Organization for Migration establishes that there is no universally accepted definition of labor migration. The classification of labor migration is generally based on the duration of the activities, as well as on the distinctions made by the countries of destination in their regulation scheme where the conditions of admission and stay are established.

Keywords : migratory action; migration policy; human mobility; public policies.
