Faced with the difficulties observed in designing programs that are coherently related to the curricula modeled for the career, the need to study curricular theory arises. This paper is aimed at validating the methodology proposed as a way of implementing the evaluation model of the relationships between the meso and micro levels of the curriculum, as a solution given to the scientific problem of a research carried out at the Technical University of Manabí. Among the theoretical level methods, the analytic-synthetic, historical-logical, hypothetical-deductive and modeling stand out. The empirical methods and techniques used were observation, documentary analysis, as well as discussion and review, in its "workshop" form. As main results, the methodology is proposed as a way of implementing the evaluation model, as well as the relationships between the meso and micro levels of the curriculum in higher education. Finally, the pedagogical practice has been enriched by the application of the methodology for the implementation of the proposed model which allowed the validation of the research hypothesis, with excellent results.
