Current Housing Politics does not satisfy the necessities of the Cuban family and the house transformations through time according to its natural evolution. The objective of this investigation is to propose solutions of progressive and flexible housings that allow satisfying the future life quality of the family and the city. This article summarizes the terminological discussion on the subject and the opinions assumed inside the theoretical pattern as the base for its practical application.
