The present article pretends to contribute to de favorable development of the educational work of the military teacher in a context of cultural diversity. The objective of the research is to elaborate a psychosocial intervention program to prepare teachers from the socioemotional dimension of educational work for the development of strategic actions in favor of inclusive practices that improve school life in a context of cultural diversity. This research helps to change traditional concepts about the educational work of the military teachers and contributes to change their links with the students and also between them. The proposed program has the social constructivism of Vigotsky as an epistemological foundation and the cultural historical approach of Vigotsky. The humanism and the psychosocial approach in education are the most important theoretical assumptions. In this research is privileged the qualitative methodology and the method used is working with groups, implemented through the group of reflection.
