Abstract

ROJAS CARDENAS, Juan Alberto  and  PINO ANDRADE, Edmundo Enrique. Didactic strategies for the transformation in the teaching of the prescription of criminal action. Conrado [online]. 2023, vol.19, n.95, pp. 20-28.  Epub Dec 10, 2023. ISSN 1990-8644.

The didactic strategies are all the actions and activities programmed by the teacher so that their students learn; they will depend on each subject and educational level, but also on the ideology of the center. Keeping students motivated is essential for the teaching-learning process. Depending on the subject they instruct and the pedagogical purposes they pursue, it is necessary to choose the most appropriate didactic strategies when designing the planning of their classes. Within the study of the Law career, the prescription of criminal action is one of the basic guarantees of due process in force in the Ecuadorian legal system. Its relevance is based on the acquisition of a form of constitutional state that has sought the insertion of principles and guarantees, thus strengthening the application of the protection of the fundamental rights of people and limiting the punitive power of the state, creating temporary limits. Hence the importance of their study being fully understood and assimilated by students. The research methodology was carried out in a documentary way through an investigation based on the Pareto and AHP Saaty methods, determined from the criteria of experts, knowledgeable about the subject.
