Abstract

The purpose of the study of the basic type was to determine the level of satisfaction of the pre-professional practices of the Musical Education and Arts career of the Higher Institute of Public Music Daniel Alomía Robles during the academic year 2017. Due to the deepening level, it is descriptive with a non-descriptive design. experimental transversal. The census-type population-sample consisted of thirty-five students. The questionnaire was used as a measurement instrument, for which it was validated by expert judgment; then, reliability was determined by Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which gave a value of 0.89. The results indicate that 54.3% (19) of the students evidence a medium level of satisfaction, 25.7% (9) indicate a low level of satisfaction and only 20.0% (7) present a high level., concluding that the students of the 4th and 5th year of the Musical Education and Arts career of the institution in question, present an intermediate level of satisfaction of the pre-professional practices.
