Abstract

In this article the properties of construct validity and reliability of the instrument "Rubric to assess the degree of experience of communality by teachers" were analyzed. The rubric was applied to 300 teachers and the construct validity analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis and reliability by Chronbach's alpha. The results show the existence of three factors that explain more than 47% of the variance, this corresponds to the initial theoretical proposal. Finally, the total reliability of the instrument was 0.892 and by factor it was 0.902; 0.810 and 0.760. It can be concluded that the elements that make up the rubric are representative and reproduce the construct of the experience of communality by teachers.
