Abstract
SEGURA MARTINEZ, Noraima et al. Vinculación interdisciplinaria, semántica y de contenidos, durante el primer semestre de la licenciatura en enfermería. Educ Med Super [online]. 2001, vol.15, n.3, pp. 258-267. ISSN 0864-2141.
A non-experimental descriptive teaching research work was carried out in the regular day course of the first year of the Bachelor of Nursing university studies so as to analyze the linking of contents, skills to be evaluated and common terms referred to the human body used in the subjects of the first semester. The final test of Morphology I (ordinary and extraordinary) was taken as a sample. The skills, contents and some terms evaluated in such test were taken into consideration. The chief professors of every subject were interviewed and on the basis of the collected information, the results were analyzed. Morphology I evaluated four of the identified intellectual logical skills whereas the other subjects did less or none. The most used type of evaluation was by order of frequency practical, oral and written. Little or no relationship was detected between the contents evaluated by Morphology I and the rest of the subjects; besides, semantic linking failed to be uniform. Morphological terminology updating, improvement of inter-discipline integration and delving into the system of skills designed for health care professionals are recommended.
