With the purpose of elevating the psychopedagogic preparation of Registered Nurses carrying on teaching functions in the Medical University of Camagüey so that they guarantee the integral formation of their students, a system of pedagogical development was designed according to the specific needs of this personnel, taking as a base the psychopedagogical profile of these professionals and the diagnosis of the current situation, which was obtained by means of the observation and application of questionnaires and interviews to an experimental group composed by “ Manuel A. Domenech” Provincial Hospital's teachers. The development proposal includes the system of knowledge this job demands, as well as varied and flexible development forms linked to the methodological work conceived with a systemic methodology and guided to cope with the difficulties that the teachers that are part of this study have
