Abstract

This article aims at analyzing the essential purposes that must be present in the context of higher education, specifically the role to be played by the teaching staff, its functions in the direction of the teaching-learning process, and the importance of the scientific training of future graduates. Herein, the authors study some of the general aspects related to the theory of skills development, emphasizing on research skills and fundamentals of the direction of this process.
