The aim is to deepen into the previous works that have been carried out about the deterioration of the architectural patrimony in Santa Fe, taking into account the existing information of the 18 buildings that have been analyzed in 2006, to have a more objective overall view of their conditions after the passing of time (eight years). The analysis was centered on the study of the facades where the amount of injuries detected allowed defining, in detail, the technical construction state of each building that permits to present the evolution of the deterioration in time and the type of constructive performance to put into practice.

Keywords : technical constructive state; deterioration of constructions; period.
